Description:
Finalist of the young horse championships in Warendorf descending from Olympic lines
Quintender has it all! The grandson of Quidam de Revel twice won the qualifiers for the finals at the German young horse championships. He was the undisputed winner of countless 1.30 -1.40m young horse classes and consistently presents himself with the utmost willingness to perform and an ideal bascule. Quintender’s sire Quinar has been internationally successful under Jos Lansink. He is the sire of nine licensed stallions and in 2007 ten of his descendants competed in 1.50m classes. The dam’s sire Contender is beyond doubt regarded as one of Holstein’s top producers of highly demanded versatile performance horses – their earnings exceed € 4.6 Mio! Quintender descends from the reliable Holstein dam line 741. Grand dam B-Estelle by Lord produced the worldwide renowned Olympic team silver medallist VDL-Cardento ridden by Peter Eriksson. Other horses from this line include international show jumpers such as Leonardo/Franke Sloothaak and licensed stallions such as Cardenio, Cyranos, Leandro, Quinto de B, Capitalist, Colorit and Randi/John Whitaker. Quintenders’s foals have made an impact and received many premiums. As a thoroughbred type par excellence he passes his traits on to his foals: long legs, elegant and a feather-light movement. One of his foals won the Gold medal at the German foal championship in Lienen.
