Victorious offspring

Diaron’s offspring have already established themselves on the international show jumping scene. Among his numerous licensed sons, our premium stallion and record stallion performance test winner Diablue PS, who has won a series of show jumping competitions, Dialourty PS, who is also very successful, and the Schockemöhle Online Auction price record holder Diaron's Zecilo PS, who was sold for a sensational knockdown price of 126,500 euros, particularly stand out. His exceptional offspring, also including Diasandro Blue/Ádám Faluhelyi/HUN, who is already internationally successful, the Polish Show Jumping Champion Diakato PS/Łukasz Koza/POL (4y.o.) and Delano/Markus Merschformann, who won a number of show jumping competitions with his breeder, are all the more remarkable because Diaron's first priority was sport.

With Patrick Stühlmeyer, Diaron took third place in the Grand Prix of Opglabbeek/BEL and was placed in the 1.45m show jumping competitions in Hagen a.T.W./GER, Riesenbeck/GER and Balve/GER. Before that, he was successful in the Youngster Tours of Aachen/GER, Leipzig/GER, Hagen a.T.W./GER, Verden/GER, Neumünster/GER, Zandhoven/BEL and Opglabbeek/BEL. And he almost managed the German Championship triple as well. Placed second in the qualifier, he accessed the final of the Warendorf Championships for seven-year-olds, but had to settle for eighth place due to the only fault of all his rounds there. Diaron has nevertheless secured the record of a stallion winning double gold, which has only ever been achieved twice in the 40-year history of the German Championships for young show jumping horses. After winning the five-year-old class in 2017, the modern show jumper also won the German Championship title in the six-year-olds in 2018. After a second place in 2017, Diaron also won the Oldenburg Show Jumping Championships in Rastede. He was named VTV Show Jumping Stallion of the Year at the Oldenburg Stallion Days.

With Diarado, Come on, Aldatus and Domino, four generations of stallions from the Schockemöhle stud follow directly, one after the other, in Diaron’s pedigree.

His sire Diarado was Champion Stallion of the Holstein licensing, record winner of his stallion performance test, victorious in young horse classes, bronze medallist at the German Championships (two times 9.0) and came third in the Grand Prix in Dobrock. His oldest offspring include Don Diarado/Maurice Tebbel, Olympic participant and team third at the World Championships, Donatello/Ashlee Bond/ISR, placed eleventh at the Olympics and

Dicas/Margie Goldstein-Engle/USA, highly placed in World Cups and Grand Prix competitions, to name but a few.

His dam Lenda-Cara also produced Campitello (by Concetto Famos)/Alexander Hinz, who was placed third in the Grand Prix in Frankfurt, Verden and Munich, as well as the Stuttgart German Masters, and the 1.45m show jumping horse Cestlavie (by Cornet’s Stern).

First competed by Harm Thormählen, the dam's sire Come On continued his career in 1991 with Carsten-Otto Nagel. With Ludger Beerbaum and Ralf Schneider, numerous international successes were added, such as the victory at the German Masters, a second place in the Grand Prix of Göteborg/SWE, a third place in the Hickstead Derby/GBR and a fourth place in the Hamburg Jumping Derby. Ridden by Her Royal Highness Princess Haya of Jordan, Come On was very successful from 1997, notably at the CHIO Aachen. Come On produced eight licensed stallions from his time at stud, including Clever Boy, Come Well and Checker, and Cosmic FRH, Champion of the Nuremberg Burg Cup.

The grand-dam Lindauway produced six successful show jumpers, led by VDL Groep Miss Untouchable (by Chacco-Blue)/Leopold van Asten/NED, who was placed second in the Grand Prix of Maastricht.

Aldatus, in the third generation, won, with Christian Ahlmann, team gold and individual silver at the European Championships in Millstreet/IRL and silver again at the German Championships in Soltau. With Jos Lansink, he was Champion of the Netherlands.

The great-grand-dam Linda Dolores is the full sister of Day Date/Beat Mändli/SUI, winner of the Goldene Peitsche in 1996 in Nörten-Hardenberg. She produced with Balou’s Day Date/Candice King and Molly Ashe (USA), Carlogero/Wilma Marklund/SWE, Pentagon/Ludwig Sternberg, Roxette-Dolores/Jennifer Grey/CAN, Tiger Lily/Jessica Springsteen/USA and others, seven internationally successful show jumping horses.

The dam line can be traced back to 1840 through Agram's son Efendi and has frequently produced performance horses from crossings with stallions of the Schockemöhle station in all generations.
