Beautiful beyond words. This highly elegant son of Escolar from the extremely versatile Oldenburg performance line of Adia II impresses with three outstanding paces. After his absolute gala performance at his 2021 licensing in Westphalia, this bay eye-catcher was on everyone’s lips.
His sire Escolar is one of the most established sires of all and ensured a worldwide revival of the almost forgotten but extremely valuable E-bloodlines of his ancestors Ehrensold and Ehrentusch. With riding master Hubertus Schmidt, Escolar is part of the German Olympic squad and has been placed several times at German Championships. As a three and four-year-old, he won the German Championships for young horses and at eight years old he took the second place in the final of the Nuremberg Burg Cup. Over 35 of his sons have been licensed, including the Premium stallion and silver medallist at the World Championships for young dressage horses, Escamillo. Eternity, German Champion and placed third at the World Championships for young dressage horses, stands out amongst his offspring who are successful in sport.
His dam Diva de Luxe has already produced the intermediate (M) level dressage horse Le Renard (by Livaldon). She is the full sister of the licensed stallion Dynasty VDL.
His dam's sire Dimaggio was placed fourth in the 1999 German Championships for young riding horses and became World Champion of five-year-old dressage horses in Arnheim/NED in 2000. He then successfully competed up to Inter I level. His most successful offspring include Duke of Britain/Frederic Wandres/GER, Discovery OLD/Heiner Schiergen/GER and the team Vice World Champion, Half Moon Delphi/Michael George Eilberg/GBR.
The stallions Wolkentanz II and Corde appear in the third and fourth generations of his pedigree.
His great-grand-dam Annika is also the great-grand-dam of the international Grand Prix horse Sir Stanley W (by Stedinger)/Charlotte Lenherr.
From the dam line descend the licensed stallions Contango (by Contender), Argo-Conti Tyme (by Argentinus, internationally successful in Inter I), Chacco‘s Rubin DSF (by Chacco-Blue), Colandor (by Concetto), Freddie Mercury (by Fidertanz) and Lord Calador (by Lordanos), as well as numerous sport horses in dressage and show jumping, including Santander T (Inter I), Sommersby (1.40m show jumping), Lion D’or (international 1.40m show jumping), Russell (S level dressage), Dana (Inter I), Landjego 6 by Lamentos (1.40m show jumping), Carthagena (1.35m show jumping), Contendra JM (1.40m show jumping), Konstanze (international 1.45m show jumping), Lillith (1.40m show jumping), Carla Bruni R (international CCI 3*-S eventing), Alicia D.R. (S level dressage), Lord Ludwig (1.40m show jumping), Cea (1.40m show jumping) and Sancho (international 1.45m show jumping).
His dam is the full sister of the licensed stallion Dynasty VDL.
