With his foals, Fair Deal has exceeded the high expectations of his hereditary power and produced various show winners and auction top prices. For this reason, he was awarded the Ic main premium in Oldenburg.
With outstanding scores, Fair Deal won a series of novice (A) level dressage tests for young horses in 2022. Ridden by his trainer Linda Casper, he received 10 for canter, 9.5 for trot and 9.0 for the overall impression. In his first competition at Elementary (L) level, he came second.
Fair Deal made his debut in sport as bronze medallist at the Oldenburg Regional Championships in Rastede after winning the riding horse test at the Moritzburg Young Horse Competition. He was very well placed at his stallion performance test in Schlieckau with a final score of 8.52.
His sire, the elite stallion Franklin has already achieved international placings up to Inter I level. He began his career as KWPN Champion Stallion, winner of his stallion performance test in the Netherlands and finalist at the World Championships for young dressage horses. Amongst his numerous licensed stallions, our Reserve Champion Stallions Feinsten and Franklin’s Love PS and the KWPN Reserve Champion Kadans particularly stand out. Franklin’s son Fendi, ridden by Sönke Rothenberger, won the Louisdor Prize for young Grand Prix horses in 2022 with a record-breaking result. Further sport offspring include: Francis Drake OLD/Leonie Richter/GER, placed eighth at the World Championships for young dressage horses, Elektra di Fonte Abeti/Frederico Migue Mexia de Almeida/POR, Hanoverian Vice Champion, Franklin Hit/Michael Eilberg/GBR, British Vice Champion, and Mambeau B/Antonio Verdejo Pérez/ESP, bronze medallist at the Championships for young dressage horses in Spain.
His dam Fairytale PS is the full sister of our Ib main premium winner Fürst Toto (by Fürstenball) and half sister of our stallion Donier (by De Niro). She also produced our two-time stallion performance test record winner, Escanto PS (by Escamillo).
His sire Fürstenball is already placed twelfth in the WBFSH ranking of the best dressage sires in the world. He owes this to his numerous internationally successful offspring at Grand Prix level, above all Heiline's Danciera/Carina Cassøe Krüth/DEN, World Champion by team and placed fourth by team at the Olympics. Record-priced auction foal, Oldenburg licensing and main premium winner, German Champion, finalist at the World Championships for young dressage horses and victorious at advanced (S) level up to Prix St. Georges, Fürstenball has produced over 90 licensed stallions, including our Champion Stallion Fürst Zonik, who also qualified for the German Championships. The five German Champions Fürsten-Look, Festina PS, Fior, Feingefühl and Feine Bella appear among his no less numerous championship winners. Fürsten-Look came third in the Burg Cup final with Isabel Freese/NOR. He has produced around 300 premium daughters, amongst whom the two Oldenburg Champion Mares Fiesta Danza OLD and Fünf Sterne as well as the Hanoverian Champion Mare Fine Lady particularly stand out.
His great-grand-sire Totilas won double gold at the European Championships in Windsor/GBR in 2009 and triple gold at the World Equestrian Games in Lexington/USA in 2010. In 2010, he also won the World Cup final in ’s-Hertogenbosch/NED. Several times he set new records in Grand Prix.
In the previous generations appear the stallion lines of Lauries Crusador xx, Sandro Hit and Donnerhall.
His great-great-grand-dam Sunny-Girl produced the licensed stallion Lord Schufro OLD (by L’Espoir), Regional Reserve Champion and placed twice at the German Championships, and the premium stallion Fürsten Hit (by Fürstenball). Her daughter, Funny-Girl (by Fürst Romancier), produced the licensed stallion San Bordeaux (by San Amour I).
The fifth dam Fantastica produced the two licensed stallions Sunny-Boy (by Sandro Hit; advanced (S) level dressage) and Classico (by Classiker, sport name Capuccino, victorious at Grand Prix level with Karin Rehbein and Julia Katharina v. Platen-Elmerhaus, lifetime earnings above 120,000 Euros).
The famous line of Finnländerin has produced around 50 licensed stallions, amongst them Adelfos, Aldato, Don Primero, Radetzky and Rio Negro, as well as internationally successful show jumping horses such as Cindy Crawford/Piet Raymakers/NED, Elastique/Jörg Münzner/AUT, Enigk and Feuerdorn/both Hans-Günter Winkler, and the top dressage horses Macbeth/Willi Schultheis, Malteser/Otto Lörke, Mariano/Dr. Josef Neckermann, Rubelit/Christine Stückelberger (SUI) and Tiga/Heinz Lammers as well as Fabina, the Champion of the Oldenburg Elite Mare Show in 2003.
