Sezuan's Donnerhall’s first offspring are conquering the arenas - and are proving to be winners right from the start, like Silent Artist/Juliette Piotrowski and Sunbeam. With Son of Stevertal, he has produced one licensed stallion. Already with his foals, Sezuan's Donnerhall was the talk of the town. His daughter Savana was the second top price of the Verden Online Foal Auction, with a final bid of 25,500 euros.
Sezuan’s Donnerhall began his career as two-time record stallion performance test winner. He completed his 14-day test in Neustadt/D. with an overall score of 9.4, and his 50-day test in Schlieckau with an overall score of 9.19. The judges gave the perfect score of 10 for his canter, and 9.5 for rideability, willingness to perform and overall impression.
His sire Sezuan achieved the unique record as a breeding stallion of winning the World Championships for young dressage horses three times in a row, at the age of five, six and seven. He then won international competitions up to Inter I. Previously, he had already made a name for himself as the absolute record winner of his stallion performance test (ten times 10), Danish Champion Stallion and Danish Dressage Horse Champion. He has produced almost 30 licensed stallions, including So Unique, Hanoverian stallion market top price, German Champion, World Champion of young dressage horses and already victorious at advanced (S) level with Isabell Werth, Secret, Vice German Champion and Vice World Champion of young dressage horses, and Sam, Oldenburg premium stallion.
His dam Siola also produced the licensed stallion Vivaldi’s Donnerhall (by Vivaldi), who won a series of intermediate (M) level competitions with Ellen Richter, just like his half brother Barnaby (by Borsalino). Siola’s full sister Sibiola produced the licensed stallion Don Furitello (by Fürstenball), Force Majeure ex Fürst Bayram/Frederic Wandres, who was Oldenburg Regional Champion, came eleventh at the German Championships for young dressage horses and who was sold for 1.7 million euros at the P.S.I. auction, and Harmony’s Fado (Fairytale)/Michael Klimke, who was placed in competitions up to Inter I. Sibiola’s daughter Fürstin Fantasie (by Fürst Romancier) produced the premium stallion Destare (by Dancier) and the mare Top Fantasie (by Top Gear), who produced the licensed stallion Lennox U.S. JR. PS (by Lennox U.S.). And Sibiola's daughter Fidelia (by Fürstenball) produced the licensed stallions Vitalis PS (by Vitalis) and Deep Donnerhall PS (by Deparon U.S.).
His dam's sire Sir Donnerhall I is currently placed third in the WBFSH ranking of the best dressage stallions worldwide. Himself second Reserve Champion of his licensing, Regional Champion, record winner of his stallion performance test, Vice World Champion of young dressage horses, German Champion and winner of the main premium, he can refer to over 100 licensed sons.
His grand-dam Dubiola produced, with Sandro Hit, the licensed stallion San Schufro I, who was successful up to advanced (S) level, and his full brother San Schufro II, who was also licensed.
In the third generation is Don Schufro, Danish Champion and Team bronze medallist at the Olympic Games in Hong Kong/HKS in 2008 with Andreas Helgstrand/DEN, as well as sire of numerous successful horses.
Rubinstein, Furioso II and Miracolo xx also appear in the previous generations of his pedigree.
Sezuan’s Donnerhall represents the Oldenburg bloodline of Gula, a branch of the Heidemei family from which descend the licensed stallions Almati, Uruguay and Quick Star IV, the Oldenburg Champion Mare Fichu and the internationally successful show jumping horse Heidegirl von Wichenstein/Florian Meyer zu Hartum.
