Maximum self-carriage already anchored in the pedigree

“We need movements that carry, not push", German trainer Holger Schmezer once demanded with regard to dressage horse breeding with Grand Prix potential - just like Tie Break, whose elite show jumping pedigree background takes exactly this desired selection for self-carriage into account. Accordingly, this typey young stallion fascinates with a wonderful natural cadence: rhythm and diligence are the result of the powerful and ideally active hindquarters.

His sire Glock‘s Toto Jr. N.O.P. was the first son of his legendary sire Totilas to be licensed in Germany. With his rider Edward Gal/NED, he won his first international Grand Prix competitions in 2021 with over 78 percent. In 2020, the pair won the Dutch Championships with scores of over 80 and 86 percent. As a five and six-year-old, Glock’s Toto Jr. N.O.P. won the Pavo Cup and was also unbeatable at his stallion performance test. From his first crops of foals, he produced over 20 licensed stallions, including our stallion Parero, and Majestic Taonga, double premium stallion, trained by Isabell Werth. In 2022, Hexagon's Gorgeous Black Art, Gorgeous Latino/Sabine Schut-Kery/USA and Koko Jr de la Fazenda/Thalia Rockx/NED took part in the World Championships for young dressage horses, the latter having already finished fifth in the 2021 final for six-year-olds.

Grey Flanell, our stallion Foundation and Laurentio also appear in the pedigree.

His grand-dam Weingolda produced the Mecklenburg premium stallion Top Level (by Top Gear), who is successful in intermediate (M) level dressage competitions with Isabel Freese.

His great-grand-dam Weingold produced the Westphalian premium stallion Willingapark Fangio (by Flanell), who took part in the World Championships for seven-year-old dressage horses in 2022 with Jayden Brown/AUS.

His fourth dam Die Weingard is the half sister of Lord Weingard (by Lordanos)/Jan Sprehe, premium stallion and successful in 1.50m show jumping competitions. Die Weingard produced the international show jumping horse Die Weintanz (by Fidertanz) and Sauvignon (by Sandro Hit), who is successful in Small Tour in the USA.

His sixth dam Weingard produced the licensed stallions Lindenberg (1.60m SJ), Landkaiser (Grand Prix) and Libertas (all by Landadel) as well as the top show jumping mare Lady Weingard (by Landadel), who won team gold at the World and European Championships in Rome/ITA and Mannheim/GER with Markus Beerbaum and who was unbeatable in the Grand Prix of Wellington/USA, Florida/USA, Wiesbaden/GER, Balve/GER and Maastricht/NED. Her lifetime prize money amounts to over 450,000 euros.

The licensed stallions Windfall CB (by Weltmeyer) and Cardinal de l’Air (by Carenzo), amongst others, descend from this Hanoverian dam line.
