Son of Escamillo out of the characterising line of Finnländerin
A striking son of the Vice World Champion of young dressage horses, Escamillo, with a wonderfully harmonious appearance and perfect conformation. Escanto is a true athlete, with enough energy and power, unwavering rhythm and great transmission, but also the natural ability to carry himself.
His sire Escamillo, Vice World Champion of six-year-old dressage horses in 2021, presented his first crop of stallions from which ten sons were licensed, including the Westphalian Reserve Champion Escaneno and the Hanoverian premium stallion and Stallion Market top price Energy. Escamillo was a premium stallion at his licensing in 2017 in Verden, passed his 14-day test in 2018 with a dressage score of 9.08 and completed his sport test in 2020 with Helen Langehanenberg with a winning score of 9.36.
His dam Fairytale PS produced our stallion Fair Deal OLD (by Franklin), who won the Moritzburg Riding Horse Championships and the bronze medal at the Oldenburg Regional Championships (3y.o.) in 2021. Fairytale PS is the full sister of our Ib main premium winner Fürst Toto and half sister of our stallion Donier (by De Niro).
From the very beginning, his dam's sire Fürstenball made an impression on dressage horse breeding. Record-priced auction foal, Oldenburg licensing and main premium winner, German Champion, finalist at the World Championships for young dressage horses and victorious at advanced (S) level up to Prix St. Georges, he has produced over 90 licensed stallions, including our Champion Stallion Fürst Zonik. The five German Champions Fürsten-Look, Festina PS, Fior, Feingefühl and Feine Bella appear amongst his no less numerous championship winners. Fürsten-Look came third in the Burg Cup final with Isabel Freese/NOR. He has produced around 300 premium daughters, amongst whom the two Oldenburg Champion Mares Fiesta Danza OLD and Fünf Sterne as well as the Hanoverian Champion Mare Fine Lady particularly stand out. His offspring, who are already internationally successful, include the European Young Riders Team Champion Four Seasons FRH/Alexa Westendarp.
His great-grand-sire Totilas won double gold at the European Championships in Windsor/GBR in 2009 and triple gold at the World Equestrian Games in Lexington/USA in 2010. In 2010, he also won the World Cup final in ’s Hertogenbosch/NED. Several times he set new records in Grand Prix. He produced over 30 licensed stallions, such as Total Hope OLD, Champion of his licensing, Swedish Champion, finalist at the World Championships for young dressage horses, Burg Cup winner and victorious at Grand Prix level at the age of eight, Top Gear OLD, who was placed fourth in the Burg Cup, Glock’s Total U.S./Edward Gal/NED, who came sixth at the Olympic Games, Go Legend/Marlies van Baalen/NED, who was placed fifth with the Dutch team at the Olympic Games, Governor-STR/Adelinde Cornelissen/NED, double silver medallist at the World Championships, and Topas/Nicole Casper, Baden-Württemberg Champion and successful in Grand Prix.
