A worthy heir of his grand-sire For Pleasure in style and jumping manner

Grandiose debut in the international Youngster Tour: For Laubry achieved superior victories and excellent placings in his first competitions at top events in Oldenburg, Opglabeek/BEL, Leipzig, Balve, Verden, Munich, Neumünster and Paderborn. Patrick Stühlmeyer is the rider of the chestnut stallion, who is in the image of his grand-sire For Pleasure in terms of style and jumping manner. He already demonstrated his remarkable talent during his first competition season in 2016 and at his stallion performance test the year before in Adelheidsdorf. For his willingness to perform and rideability, he received the maximum mark of 10.0. For his jumping scope, the judges attributed the mark of 9.5 and for his temperament and character, 9.75 and 9.5 respectively. For Laubry received the weighted final score of 8.99.

His pedigree unites the absolute elite of international show-jumping breeding. His sire For Passion d’Ive Z, bred and licensed in Belgium, who descends, along with For Pleasure, Quidam de Revel and Landgraf, from the famous Holstein performance line 4847, was placed in the Global Champions Tour competitions in Shanghai/CHN and Hong Kong/HKG as well as at the World Cup competition in Mechelen/BEL. Many of his offspring compete at high level.

His dam Altesse van de Honkhoeve produced several descendants who were successful at advanced (S) level.

His dam-sire Quorum de Laubry, bred with French and Hanoverian elements from an East Prussian mare family, was successful at a high level.

His great-grand-sire Jus de Pomme was double Olympic gold medallist with Ulrich Kirchhoff in Atlanta/USA after winning the German Championship the same year.
