Beautiful beyond words - Lennox W impresses with his elegant conformation, his power and his elasticity. At the KWPN licensing in ’s Hertogenbosch/NED, he was named Reserve Champion Stallion to the applause of the crowd. His pedigree is also of very exclusive quality.
His sire Kastel’s Grand Galaxy Win T, a son of Apache, who came eighth in the World Cup with Emmelie Scholtens/NED, and out of a Jazz dam, was Danish Champion Stallion in 2014, Danish Vice Champion in 2015 and placed finalist at the World Championships for 5-year-old dressage horses in 2016. He is now trained to advanced level. Several of his sons have been licensed, including the premium stallions Hesselhøj Gnags and Giovanni Bell. His offspring have been placed in competitions for young dressage and riding horses in their age classes.
His dam El.St. Herarona completed an excellent performance test, was very successful at the German National Mare Show and is considered as the best mare of her year. She is the full sister of Blue Hors Zack/Daniel Bachmann Andersen/DEN, seventh by team at the World Championships, fifth by team and tenth (Special) and seventh (Freestyle) individually at the European Championships and double World Cup finalist.
His dam's sire Rousseau won the Pavo Cup as a four-year-old and was silver medallist at the World Championships for five-year-old dressage horses in 2003. Right at the beginning of his career as a sire he succeeded in producing the KWPN Champion Stallion for three years in a row with Wamberto, Blue Hors Zack and Ampère. He is currently placed 14th of the WBFSH ranking of the best dressage stallions worldwide.
Lennox W is inbred to the great-grand-sire Jazz. He was several times part of the Dutch dressage team with Tineke Bartels and Kirsten Beckers. Up until 2011, he led the ranking of the best dressage sires in the world. He is now once again in the lead. In the Netherlands, he was honoured with the predicate “preferent” and was named “KWPN horse of the year” in 2006. Jazz appears on the dam's sire side of Jessica von Bredow-Werndl's Grand Prix mare Zaire-E.
The Dutch stallions Belisar and Wisconsin follow in his pedigree.
