A sure bet for heredity with this exceptional sire
The highly-talented Stakkatol made his successful debut in classes for young show jumpers and then won many competitions of the international Youngster Tour with Bastian Freese. Due to an injury, he could not continue his own career in show-jumping - but his offspring very successfully took it over for him. Stella/Markus Renzel finished third in the Grand Prix in Dortmund, Stalando/Krysztof Ludwiczak/POL took part in the World Equestrian Games in Tryon/USA and Stakkatan/Andrzej Oplatek/POL took part in the European Championships in Fontainebleau/FRA. And then there's Incitatus/Todd Minikus/USA, V.I.P. Stakkadon/Moufi Owaida al Karbi/UAE, Stackfleth/Pablo Barrios/VEN, Stakkanuja/Alessandra Bichsel/SUI etc. Stakkatol's daughter Stalognia (dam by Chacco-Blue), who was placed at international competitions and is the dam of Kannatol, licensed stallion standing in Sweden, was sold at the P.S.I. auction for the top price of 1.7 million euros. The year before, the highly placed finalist of the German Championships, Stalando (dam by Lando) was the top price of the Ankum auction.
His sire Stakkato was record Federal Champion with Eva Bitter in 1998, and German Champion in Gera in 2003 and in Münster in 2010. In addition to several international top placings, including a second place in the Grand Prix of Nörten-Hardenberg, he was part of a Nations Cup team five times. For eleven years Stakkato dominated the FN breeding valuation and was named "Hanoverian Stallion of the Year" in 2007. Over 70 of his sons have been licensed and around 120 of his daughters are State Premium. More than 200 of his descendants, including the World Cup finalists Souvenir/Philipp Weishaupt and Satisfaction FRH/Marco Kutscher and Eva Bitter, are successful at advanced (S) level and have earned over 2.8 million euros in prize money.
His dam Caroll competed successfully at international advanced (S) level with Sören von Rönne. She has produced many highly successful horses. Chevalier de Blue (by Chacco-Blue) took part in the German Championships in 2017. Con Capitano (by Contendros) reached the final of the World Championships for young show-jumping horses (7 yo) with Conor Drain/IRL in 2018. Baby Arko (by Doyen), Diatola (by Diarado) and Soleil D’Amitie (by Stolzenberg) were successful at high level. Dicaprio (by Diarado) competed internationally with Dirk Demeersman/BEL. Her daughter Stakkira (by Stakkato) produced the international show-jumper Baloukira (by Balou du Rouet)/Andreas Kreuzer and Eoin McMahon/IRL.
Capitol I became the most important representative of the Cottage Son xx line in Holstein and sired numerous top horses, such as the Olympic Team Champion and European Team Champion Dobel's Cento/Otto Becker and the European Team Champion Gitania/Marcus Ehning.
His grand-dam Lolitas was successful in sport.
The Champion Stallions Liguster and Faehnrich appear in the third and fourth generations of his pedigree.
Stakkatol results from the thoroughbred family 13 A, (Holstein line 8795), starting with the outstanding line founder Pix As xx in the 5th generation.
