Son of Totilas out of the daughter of the double German Champion Silberaster OLD
We are very happy about this discovery at the Dutch licensing in 's-Hertogenbosch, where the beautiful and wonderfully long-legged black stallion attracted all eyes with his noble charisma and his three extremely high-quality paces. Total McLaren was the public's favourite. This ultramodern dressage stallion also has his remarkable performance assured through his grand-dam Silberaster.
Total McLaren was also licensed in Denmark and passed his stallion performance test here, with expected highlights regarding his paces and rideability, with a total of 807.0 points.
His sire Totilas won double gold at the European Championships in Windsor/GBR in 2009 and triple gold at the World Equestrian Games in Lexington/USA in 2010.
His grand-dam, St.Pr./El.St. Silberaster OLD, was Oldenburg Champion Mare and two-time German and Regional Riding Horse Champion. In 2008, she also won the bronze medal at the World Championships for young horses (5yo) with Helen Langehanenberg/GER. She also produced the Grand Prix winner Fürst Oldenburg (by Fidertanz)/Holga Finken and the advanced (S) level dressage horse Q Silberaster’s Quaterback (v. Quaterback)/Florine Kienbaum/GER. Silberaster OLD is the full sister of Serpico, who is internationally successful up to Inter I and half-sister of the licensed stallion Reiter-Traum (by Rubinstein).
