First crop of foals in high demand
After his official retirement from sport at the 2020 World Cup in Basel/SUI, the stallion All Star, European Team Champion, individually tenth-placed at the European Championships and fifth-placed in the World Cup Final, is now finally available to breeders without restrictions. The genetics of the brown powerhouse are unique, as he combines the performance stallions Argentinus, Almé, Ramiro and Winnetou in his pedigree.
All Star passes on his athleticism and fantastic canter to his foals. No less than three foals from his first crop of foals were sold for high prices via our online auctions in 2020.
In 2010, the Irishman Denis Lynch led the Hanoverian Vice Champion (5 y.o.) to his first successes in the International Youngster Tour, followed by victories at high-profile events in Cannes/FRA, Gothenburg/SWE, Barcelona/ESP and Valkenswaard/NED. All Star took part in four World Cup finals and made his championship debut at the 2014 World Equestrian Games in Caen/FRA with a place in the top ten in the individual ranking. In 2015, he reached the individual final at the European Championships in Aachen. In 2017, after winning Team Gold at the European Championships in Gothenburg/SWE, he took tenth place in the Individual Ranking.
His sire Argentinus was a top-quality sport horse producer, which catapulted him to the top of the world's best jumping sires at the beginning of the 2000s. His offspring include Anka/Marcus Ehning: World Cup Champion; Air Jordan Z/Daniel Deußer: World Cup silver medallist; Asti Spumante/Thomas Mühlbauer: European Team Champion; Arko III/Nick Skelton/GBR: tenth at the Olympics; Adlantus As FRH/Lars Nieberg: team fourth at the World Championships; Banda de Hus/Kevin Staut/FRA and Gregory Wathelet/BEL as well as Azarro/Holger Wulschner, etc. Argentinus’ offspring are also highly placed in dressage, such as the European Championship gold medallist Albano/Heike Kemmer, the two-time German Champion Amaretto/Isabell Werth and August der Starke OLD/Victoria Max-Theurer/AUT.
His dam St. Pr. St. April Love ZH was placed in young horses competitions and also produced the licensed stallions Pilaro (by Pilot), placed in 1.40m show jumping competitions, Allstar (by Argentinus)/Oliver Ross, victorious in 1.40m show jumping competitions and the mares Contessina (by Contender), who produced the licensed stallion Quel Homme, Crazy Love ZH (by Contender), who produced the licensed stallion Acolito (by Acord II) and St.Pr.St. Elaisa del Chirone (by Escudo I). She produced the licensed stallion Lalique del Chirone (by Lincolm L). Amongst the offspring of his daughters are numerous top show jumpers.
His grand-dam is none other than the internationally highly successful Rinnetou Z/Piet Raymarkers/NED. She also produced the licensed stallion Chardonnay Z (by Caretano). Her half-sister Zalza (by Zeus)/Nick Skelton/GBR and half-brother Cornelis Z (by Cor de la Bryère) were both internationally successful, and her half-brother Rival Z (by Ramiro) was a licensed stallion.
The line goes back to the wonder mare Fairness Z, with whom Hartwig Steenken made his international breakthrough. Amaretto I-IV, Oak Grove’s AH, Dirty Sanchez, For Fairness, Don Darco de Bornival Z, Apricot/Hugo Simon/AUT and Absalom Z/Michael Whitaker/GBR also come from this line.
