Preamble

Paul Schockemöhle Pferdehaltung GmbH (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") offers services and products in the field of horse keeping and stallion breeding. These General Terms and Conditions apply to all our services and products used by customers (hereinafter referred to as "Customer").

1. Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between the company and the customer regarding the services and products offered.

2. Conclusion of contract

Contracts are concluded by written or electronic acceptance of the customer's offer by the company. Our offers are non-binding until written acceptance.

3. Services of the company

The company provides services and sells products in the field of horse keeping. The specific services and products, as well as their prices, are set out in the contract.

4. Prices and terms of payment

The current prices are stated in our price list. Payments are to be made in accordance with the deadlines specified in the contract.

5. Liability

The company is only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

6. Data protection

The protection of personal data is important to us. We undertake to comply with the statutory data protection regulations.

7. Final provisions

Should parts of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. German law shall apply to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

8. Place of jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of the company.
