Your Tasks
Personnel: You assist with personnel functions and tasks in day-to-day operations.
Administration: You support HR professionals with office and administrative tasks, and, when needed, communicate with public authorities.
Records: You create and update employee records (both paper and electronic) and assist in preparing payroll by providing relevant data (vacation days, absences, bonuses, etc.).
Team Communication: You handle employee inquiries regarding personnel matters, rules, and regulations.
Newcomers: You coordinate communication with candidates, plan interviews, and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
Sourcing: You assist our recruiters in sourcing candidates and updating our database.
Teamwork: You work closely with your team to ensure optimal organization and workflow.
