Your Tasks
Machine Operation: You are responsible for soil cultivation, sowing and harvesting, grassland maintenance, and fertilization.
Maintenance and Care: You are in charge of minor repairs and cleaning of the machines and attachments used.
Transport: You transport harvested crops, feed, straw and hay, as well as animal manure.
Documentation: You document your work using Agrarmonitor – of course, you will receive thorough training in the program.
Teamwork: You work closely with your team to ensure optimal fieldwork execution and the responsible use of machinery.

Your Profile
Enthusiasm: It's important that you are motivated, eager to learn, and open to new challenges.
Requirements: You hold a Class B and T driving license. A Class C license is desirable.
Seasonal Commitment: You are willing to work with a high level of dedication and flexibility during the busy season in order to successfully complete the tasks at hand together.
Preferred Qualifications: You have completed vocational training in agriculture (e.g. farmer (m/f/d), agricultural assistant (m/f/d)).
Career Changers – Experience with Agricultural Machinery: You have experience in handling agricultural equipment and machinery.
Team Spirit: You enjoy working as part of a team and actively contribute.
Structured and Organized Work: You keep a clear head even in stressful situations and work independently and efficiently.
Sense of Responsibility: You demonstrate a high level of responsibility and precision when operating machines and equipment.
