Your Tasks
All-rounder on the farm: You lend a hand wherever you're needed – whether in the barn, in the fields, in the workshop, or around the farmyard.
Operating vehicles: You drive tractors, machinery, and – if you're interested – trucks. If you don’t yet have the required license, we’re happy to support you in getting it.
Repairs & maintenance: You take care of maintaining and repairing machines, equipment, stable technology (such as stall doors, pasture gates, etc.), and tools – mechanically, hydraulically, and electronically if you're interested.
Electronics & technology: You have a technical mindset or are willing to learn basic electronic tasks – previous experience is welcome but not required.
Hands-on tasks: You’re practically inclined and not afraid to get your hands dirty – whether welding, screwing, or improvising.
Stable & pasture equipment: You keep the equipment used in horse care in good shape – reliably and with an eye for what really matters.
Teamwork: You're part of our team – mutual support and a good working atmosphere are important to us.

Your Profile
Motivation & reliability: You're committed, eager to learn, and able to keep a cool head even in stressful situations.
Manual skills: Whether it’s repairs, assembly, or improvisation – you find a solution.
Technical interest: You either have previous experience or are willing to dive into technical tasks.
Driving license (Class B): Required – everything else (e.g. tractor or truck licenses) can be obtained with our support if you're interested.
Team player: You enjoy working with others and actively contribute.
Flexibility: Especially during harvest time, you're ready to step up when things get busy.
